We currently only have partial access to our merchandise storage, so there will be some delays to parcels but we are filling orders as fas as we can. Many thanks for your patience.

In these conditions, the following terms shall have the following meaning. “The Company” means Scopitones. “The Customer” means the customer of The Company. “The Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to The Customer.
Payment shall become due upon placement of an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of The Company’s choosing. Carriage is included in check out, at a flat rate, to The Customer and forms part of the invoice.
Please contact Jessica BEFORE lodging a claim with Paypal since there is often an explanation for any delay.
We aim to dispatch goods within five working days, unless we are on tour. Please check the Forthcoming Concerts section on our main website for tour dates. David and Jessica send the orders out personally and, during or following an active tour, the shipping times may be considerably longer. Please allow 25 days for orders to arrive.
ITEMS FOR BIRTHDAYS OR SPECIAL EVENTS
David is happy to sign items for birthdays or special events but please check the tour page to make sure he will be at home to do this. Also, please contact Jessica before ordering a time-sensitive item and be aware that failure to do so could result in a missed deadline due to our being away or on tour. We always try to do our best!
Any product purchased marked as a ‘pre-order’ will be available for dispatch and distribution at a later date. This date will be written within the product description but could always be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of any goods in transit must be made in writing (email) to The Company within seven working days of delivery. The Company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder and The Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by The Company, promptly return any of the goods subject of any claim and any packing materials, securely packaged, to The Company for examination.
- If The Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, The Company shall, at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow The Customer credit for their invoice value.
- If The Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective, The Company shall, at its option, replace them with similar goods or allow The Customer credit for their invoice value.
- Under no circumstances shall the liability of The Company to The Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The Customer needs to be aware that they may be liable to pay Import Taxes and Duties if the value of goods ordered are of a value higher than their national import thresholds.
Goods that are faulty or do not fit must be returned to Scopitones, P.O. Box 3, Brighton BN1 6DU, UK within seven working days of the item being received by the customer.
If you find, for some reason, that you would like a refund, please contact Jessica and the return and refund arrangements will be made.
We will refund any amounts due by the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.
Please contact Jessica if you find you require an exchange.
The Company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated in the catalogue, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The Customer’s statutory rights will not be affected.
